Are YOU Employable ?

This is the question, that we all do not like to ask ourselves.

Some of the points that make us employable are:

• Communication- Are we able to communicate affectively?
• Teamwork- Can we work in or with a team?
• Problem Solving - Are we able to solve problems that may arise?
• Initiative and Enterprise
• Planning and Organising
• Self Management
• Learning
• Technology

I would like to think that I have some of the qualities that are required, but I suppose it is always up to the individual employer to what they are chasing in a employee.
